At River Edge Accommodation Farm Shop you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to local produce and products. Every Friday we have freshly baked bread baked with wholegrain organic flour.  Oumas Yvette and Karina cook all our jams, preserves and atjchar when the fruit from our region are optimum ripe eg Apricot jam, Green Figs, Quince jelly, Peach Atjchar.  Also on offer are cheese platters from Fairview, biltong from our local butcher, Bazil pesto from the family farm, olives, etc. Our specialty is our baked Cheese Cake…..delicious!!  We can prepare special meals for you and your guests eg Pecan nut/carrot/banana giant muffins or bacon/feta/spinach quiche. Remember our scrumptious breakfast everyday till 11.

Classes start at 10am with a welcome drink from your host Jaco Brand that will do the introduction to the day, thereafter off to our permaculture vegetable garden where you will be picking your own fresh produce. A great attraction on the farm, Bosjes, is the architecture in a space where old meets new. This working farm also allow day visitors to wander through the tranquil gardens and pay a visit to the famous Chapel.
Once guests have worked up an appetite, they can either enjoy a selection of cakes or savoury sandwiches at the open-air tea garden, or head to Bosjes Kombuis for lunch.
